1. Introduction

Miricall (trading as Miricall AI Solutions, "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, workshop participants, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website (www.miricall.com.au), enrolling in our workshops, or engaging our consulting and implementation services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services. This includes:

  • Leads and enquiries: Name, email, phone number, business name, role/title, location, and enquiry details
  • Workshop and event participants: Registration details, dietary/accessibility requirements (if provided), attendance records, feedback, and where sessions are recorded, audio and/or video of participants
  • Client and consulting information: Business processes, systems, requirements, workflow documentation, call flows, SOPs, and knowledge base content
  • CRM and operational data (implementation clients): Customer contact details, interaction history, pipeline stages, appointment details — only as authorised by you
  • Payment and billing information: Transaction details to process fees and invoices. Full card details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored by us
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, and referral sources via cookies and analytics tools

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you via enquiries, bookings, proposals, and service engagements

  • Email and phone communications to info@miricall.com.au
  • During workshops and delivery, including activities, feedback forms, and recordings where applicable
  • From your systems when you authorise us to connect to your CRM, calendar, telephony, or other tools as part of implementation
  • Automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you use our website

4. Workshop Recording and CPD Records

Where workshops are recorded for internal quality assurance or note-taking purposes, participants will be informed prior to the session commencing. Recordings will be stored securely and not shared publicly without participant consent.

As a CPD Approved Provider (#789772, The CPD Group), we maintain records of workshop attendance and completion to support CPD certification. These records include participant names, contact details, session dates, and hours completed and are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with CPD provider obligations.

To request a CPD certificate of attendance, contact us at info@miricall.com.au following your session.

5. Voice Agent Implementations and Call Recordings

Where we deploy AI voice agents for clients, those agents may record calls or generate transcripts. Before deployment, clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent notices are provided to callers in accordance with the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 and relevant state listening devices laws. Miricall will assist in implementing compliant consent mechanisms as part of the implementation process.
